SHUT DOWN STOPPING

Hey, I have a shutdown problem, i have seen that it would freeze at saving
settings, and they have a update, but mine freezes at System Shutting down,
Any tips to fix it would be apriciated. I have Sp2.

I have tried different sites and may have narrowed it down to having
something with multiple connections and it taking 10 minutes to shut down?
How could i fix this if it is this?
