Shut down problems Conflicting Connections?

Hey, I have a shutdown problem, i have seen that it would freeze at saving
settings, and they have a update, but mine freezes at System Shutting down,
i have researched the problem and this (
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311787 ) sounds like my problem. It takes
10 minutes to shut down. The thing is that link doesnt give any solutions....
Any tips to fix it would be apriciated. I have Sp2.
