shut down by itself and go to blue screen

after my computer is on for a while it automatically
shuts down and go to a blue screen and give me a message
that say:
stop 0x0000008e (0xc0000005, 0x8059ba8f, 0xeb976adc,
0x00000000)

can anyone help me with this.
