I install WinXP Pro on the one older PC - celeron 433, mother zida ZX98-CT,
320MB-ram.
All is working fine and its not very slow:) until the last moment. When I
shut down then all is going normal but this place where must be written "its
now safe turn off..." not appear, screen is blank (black). Hibernate working
normally.

I look from www.zida.com and I have alredy latest bios ZC98109 on the m/b.
From google I found ZC98116e but because its not in official page, I dont
upgrade with this.

To turn off your Computer select Start, Turn off Computer,
Turn Off.

You do not get "It's safe to turn off" with Windows XP. The
machine has turned off if you selected Turn Off as opposed
Restart or Standby.

Hope this helps.

I allways turn off Computer - Start, Turn off Computer,Turn Off. The others
computers running XP gives me message "It's safe to turn off" and then I push
the "Power" button.

Windows not power down automatically. I must push the power button myself
when blank screen appear. It's like blank screen on that place where must be
last blue window with text "It's now safe..."
APM is disabled from windows and from bios.
