Hello,
I have a question. Yesterday, my computer (AMD Athlon XP, 1 GB Ram, Win
XP Pro SP2 updated) crashed after a network problem. The Local Area
connection windows wouldnt work so I ended the application with the
task manager.
I decided to restart after that and the computer hangs at the blue
screen that says Windows is shutting down, and it doesnt shut down. I
have to shut it down manually by pressing the button because it wont
move beyond that screen.
If I turn it on, it starts properly and makes no mention of not
shutting down properly, but still, the computer doesnt shut down as it
should.
Any idea what could be the cause of this or how to fix it?
Thanks in advance por your help.
