"shrinking" a Word document

I received an unusual request from a client and I have no idea how to
do it either...

She has a one page document. She would like it to show up as only the
top 1/4 of a sheet of paper both when viewed on screen and when
printed. She doesn't need to add any more text to the document after
it's changed, and there is no good way of adjusting the font and image
sizes.

Does anyone actually know how to do this? She swears she's seen it
done before. I'm lost.

If she chooses "4 pages per sheet" in the Print dialog it will print that
way. I don't know how to make it display that way except to switch to Normal
view and change the Zoom to something very low. Or if she's using Word 2002
or above and has 50% selected for the balloons, she'd get something like
that if there's any "markup."
