Show videos

Hi all ,

I am wondering if you can help, I want to play training videos on my
website.
I would like to show a list on one page and then when clicked a new frame
opens and the video
automatically plays is the frame or the same frame as the list.

If his is not possible , could i put a few videos on the one page and the
user selects the video
they want and if so how,
