Frontpage 2003 adding videos

I have tried everything and have not been able to get the videos on my web
page. I need to know how to put a video on my web page and have a play
button they click on to play the video. Please in english, not terms.

Also will this effect the web page opening if they are on demand videos only?

First, what type of video are you trying to put on the web? Keep in mind,
there are many different formats of videos with some being good for the web,
and others not. Let us know first what type of video you have, then we can
better tell you where to go next, as in which format may be better, then how
to display that particular format on the web. Each format has it's own
player and each player needs it's own coding.

I can save the videos in either one of these formates. Video Files .MOV
OR AVI files
