Show Icons for Networked UPnP Devices

How do I change "Hide Icons for networked UPnP devices to "Show Icons for
Networked UPnP devices" on my Windows XP Service Pack 2 computer?
The "Hide Icons for Networked UPnP devices" appears under Network Tasks in
Windows XP Service Pack 2.

Before this problem, I could see all the computers and printers on my
network when I clicked on “View Workgroup Computers.†Now, when I click on
“View Workgroup Computers,†I do not see any of the computers and printers on
the network. All I see is a blank space under “My Network Places.†How do I
enable “Show Icons for Networked UPnP devices†on my computer? Any help?
