Show 'from' in account history?

I like BCM quite a lot but have an issue with the account history. It's
not always clear who sent an email. An email replied to shows the
persons addressed as parent; I can't see that I actually wrote it. I've
been more or less randomly adding fields but all From or Author fields
seem to be empty.

So, in short; is there any way to make this information visible in a
view?

Hi,
Are you able to see the 'from' field data in the original mail in your Sent
items? If yes, then you should be able to see the same if you open the mail
from the Account History grid by double clicking the it.

However, if you would like to add the "from" column to the grid itself, then
BCM does not support any customization for its forms.
