Linking History or Emails to other contacts or accounts

I am haveing trouble linking an email in outlook to contacts in BCM.

I double click the email in outlook, go to the link to bar, type Business
Contact and then assign a person.

The email does not show up in the linked to person history.

Hi,

when assigning a person, do you doubleclick and make sure the contact is
listed? It is not enough to merely select the person, it needs to be
doubleclicked. You will see when the linking is made that the name appear
after "Link to -> "
