BCM contacts look just like regular Outlook contacts

Business Contact and Accounts in BCM look just like a regular Outlook contact
when I open them.

I'm sort of new to BCM. I was using it without a problem, linking contacts
to accounts, recording history, sending e-mails, etc.
But now the view has changed both for when I double-click on contacts or
accounts. I don't see the field to link Account to Contact and vice-versa. I
also can't find how to acess my history. The whole thing has simply
disappeared.

This has became extremely important to me, if anyone could help, I'd deeply
appreciate it.

Be ware. Outlook contacts is completly different from BCM contact (2
differt files, no sync between them) It looks like you are currently in
your outlook contacts in stead of the BCM contacts?

Is there a way to configure them to synch automatically?

Seem pretty redundant to have Contacts and BCM Contacts. Not sure why I need
the Contacts if I use BCM. On the other hand Blackberry cannot synch with BCM
contacts... Can someone explain to me what am I missing? as this seem to be
very messy to me.

Hello, I have figured out the problem:

My add-in (Business Contact Manager for Outlook) was disabled. I have no
idea why that happened, but that was the source of all the trouble.

To change it, I went to the menu Tools -> Trust Center. Then I clicked on
"Add-ins" on the left panel.
I couldn't change the BCM add-in at first. So, I had to close the Outlook
and reopen it by right-clicking on the shortcut and clicking on "Run as
Administrator".

I hope someone can benefict from this little problem solved.

Have a good one!
