history BCM "from" field has no data

History in BCM shows subject and date but has a "from" filed with no data. It
makes it hard to know who sent and received the email. Also, it has no "to"
filed etc.

We are having the same Issue and it is determining factor in using this
product over others. If we can get it fixed then we will use BCM if not scrap
it

Does the email have a value in the From field when you open it? If so,
it sounds like a bug. You should report it to Microsoft so they know
its going on.
