When I click on a shortcut on my desktop, instead of
taking me to the web site, it opens my printer options
like I am trying to print something. It opens fine from my
favorites or if I type in the url. How do I fix it.

Hi Steve

Redo your shortcut, it may have gotten corrupted:

First , rename the existing shortcut, right click on it and select Rename,
and put _Old at the end of the name. Then go to the program folder and
finding the .exe for the app and right click, select create shortcut. Go to
the end of the files lists and find the new shortcut. Right click on it,
select Cut and then paste the shortcut on your desktop and see if that
helps.

As a precaution, to be sure there's no scumware behind the problem,
download, install, and immediately update the programs below, then run them
both to the sure your system is clean of any spy or adware. Reboot before
running them.
