Shortcuts Stopped Working

You send shortcuts to your desktop from a web page.
You click the shortcuts on your desktop and they take you
to those pages. That's the way it always worked.
But now, you click the shortcut and you get
message: "Windows cannot find . . . (your page). . . Be
sure you typed it correctly . . ." None of your
shortcuts take you there, rather Internet Explorer
browser opens with blank address field.

Anybody experience this? Any solutions to offer?

How did you create the shortcuts? Easiest way is to drag the site name from
the address bar to the desktop. Then they should work fine. If they still
don't look in the shortcuts properties and post back where its pointing.
 
Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Options > Programs > "Reset Web Settings"
