ShellIcon Hidden Window

What is ShellIcon Hidden Window and how can I get rid of it? Recently on
one of my XP machines this particular "program" has shown up on shutdown.
None of my other machines have this, so what is it and where did it come
from? Whenever I shut that machine down, it takes forever and then I get a
little pop-up saying that this program is shutting down and gives me the
option to shut it down now.

Anyone?
