Shell Icon Hidden Window...what is this?

Greetings,

I am having a problem with this program, or what seems to be a program.
everytime i shut down my cpu, this program always seems to take forever to
shut down. It takes so long that the forced shutdown window pops up, but i
usually let it shut down rather than press the "end now" button. I am
perplexed by this program because i cannot find it anywhere on my programs
list. And there are times when i start up my cpu, and the desktop opens up,
this program opens up a tab on my taskbar, but when i click on it, nothing
happens. And nothing shows up on my task manager. The tab doesn't even have a
title, but im pretty sure it has to do with this "Shell Icon Hidden Window"
program. Can anyone help me understand this contraption? Thanks, your time is
greatly appreciated.

Hi Mr. Lopez,

Do you have MusicMatch Jukebox installed? If so, go to Start>Run and key in:
msconfig
Click on OK or hit ENTER

Click on the Startup tab and click in the checkbox (to clear the checkmark)
beside any and all entries relating to MusicMatch. Click on Apply then OK

When you next restart your computer, MusicMatch won't load and run in the
background at startup (which is not necessary to have it do.......you can
simply open the program manually when you want to use it), and that should
solve the ShellIconHiddenWindow message at shutdown

In addition, when you use the msconfig utility, you receive a message after
you next restart that informs you that you are currently using the
Diagnostic utility. Click in the checkbox that says something to the effect
of "don't remind me again that I'm using the Diagnostic Utility".

Regards,
