Shell stops unexpectedly

Users running Citrix on Windows 2k Term Server getting
the error "The shell stopped unexpectedly and
Explorer.exe was restarted" / Event ID: 1002 / Source:
Winlogon

User just trying to do normal file manipulation (copy to
other directory), or delete files, or add folders.

HELP!!!!!!
