Sharing USB Printer

I've already connected a USB printer and set it to sharing. However, when I
add this printer in other PC, printer was added but cannot work.
I'm fresh and my IT technology is very weak. Kindly tell me how can I do?

I've follow the instruction and try again. But only created the printer,
nothing (including testing page) can print out.
