Sharing pst folder with other users

I would like to share a pst folder to another user on the network. We are
using office 2003 and use exchange 2003 as well. I have granted the user
permission at the top level in outlook by doing a right click on my name and
selecting sharing with publishing editor rights. However, I do not want to
give that user access to all my pst folders, just one in particular. When I
right click the pst folder, I see sharing, but it's grayed out. Am i going
about this the right way? If not, can you assist me with this. Thanks.

You can't share a PST.

This is an Exchange function. PSTs don't have a Sharing attribute. It will
always be grayed out.

PSTs can't be shared. Exchange mailboxes can be shared, though

I have not used this product myself so I cannot be sure that it will do what
you want, but I suggest you take a look at OLfolders
(http://www.olfolders.de/Lang/English/OLfolders/olw1.htm).
