We're running Exchange Server and Microsoft Outlook 2003. The Personal
(.pst) folder were gray out when trying to share with other users. Is there
something need to be change before sharing the .PST folders?.

Please help.

Eric

No, you cannot share .pst files. They require exclusive read/write
permissions on the client where it is installed and cannot be shared.

What is most puzzling is that you are using .pst files with Exchange, where
all folders can be shared by default - a waste of an investment, IMHO.

Milly:

Thank you! we're using .PST because most of the users keep a large amount
of emails in their inbox and sometimes we have problem. But if there is no
way to share, hmmm, too bad for us.
