sharing outlook contacts

This isn't a development question as much as a configuration question. How
can I set up contacts in Outlook that all users can add/edit/use? (Please be
specific).

btw, I am NOT using OBCM. If I read correctly, I can't use it since I'm
using Exchange Server.

Firstly, please post your question in the relavant group. This group is
especially meant for BCM discussions.

Coming back to your question, since you work on the Exchange Server, you
can right click on the contacts folder and goto Properties and then go to
the Permissions tab and add the people whom you want to have permissions to
add/edit/use contacts.
