Remove (uninstall)OBC Manager

After recently installing Office 2003 Professional with OBCM I find that I
can no longer ADD a contatct to my normal Contacts list.

Other users have said they too have the problem and all have suggested that
uninstalling OBCM may resolve the issue.

Any suggestions?

If ther is no explanation for this issues, how does one UNINSTALL this
component of Outlook 2003?

This BCM does not appear in Add/Remove programs. I have tried that -- any
other thoughts? I hate this BMC! It's so confusing and I have to do several
extra steps at each signon. Thanks
