business contact manager help



Hi Guys.

I have a client that is using microsoft exchange, The client uses
Outlook 2007 SP2 with the business contact manager add in. She has her
outlook setup so she can view three other peoples mailboxes.

I had to diable the add on because when the client went to browse the
mailboxs of the other users it would come up with operation has failed
and it was only fixed when I disabled the business contact manager add

Any suggestions on getting it to work as clients needs the add in to
run the bussiness?.
