Business Contact Manager Toolbar

I installed Business Contact Manager ( Microsoft Outlook Professional 2003
with Business Contact Manager Update) but the toolbar for BCM does not come
up. I went to the tools file and then to customize to try and click on the
toolbar so it will appear but it wont accept the check mark next to Business
Contact Manager so the toolbar will come up. It gives off negative sound
(dunk). In the folders portion in Outlook you can see the various files under
Business Contact Manager for accounts, business, opportunities. But no
toolbar at the top. How do I get the Business Contact Manager Toolbar to come
up on the toolbar in Outlook? I am trying to creat accounts for my clients.

It is installed on my computer and I think I have set up a database
properly. Not quite sure though...

Thanks

A big thanks for the help on these posts. Your response helped me finally
figured out how to active the toolbar...You need to go to "Help" on the
toolbar and click on "about Microsoft outlook". Then click on disable items
and click on "business contact manager" and then "enable"..close out outlook
and then reopen..Your toolbar should reappear up at the top.....Good Luck..

I tried everything and this was the key to getting it initialized....This
community help is excellent...
