I am leaving my current job. I would like my replacement to have access to
the emails I have sent and recieved recently because they contain files that
she may need access to after I leave. But my employers aren't simply changing
my user name to hers. They created a new account for her and are deleting my
account. Is there a way besides forwarding hundreds of emails to her that she
could have access to my past files after my account has been deleted?

Make sure to export the information in your Exchange .OST (offline storage)
file to a .PST file for your replacement before your account is deleted. An
..OST file is connected to the original Exchange profile and will be orphaned
if that profile is deleted. But a .PST file can be opened by anyone with
Outlook (note that the new Unicode format .PST file used by default in
Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 is not backward-compatible, though).

Your replacement can import the .PST you left for her into her Exchange
mailbox.
