Sharing files and programs

i am trying to share and unshare certain programs and
files between the users on my ocmputer but i have no idea
where to put everythin and help and support says nothing
about this topic so i was wondering if anyone could give
me just the basics on whre i should be putting stuff.

Well for starters you can generally right click any
document or folder; in the pop-up list you will see an
item called sharing and security. Click sharing and
security.. and under Network sharing and security select
the "share this folder on the network" button.
