sharing cd-rom games

I am trying to install cd-rom games (old ones that are win 95 or 98 so I have
to set the compatibility) on some student machines. The issue is with my
administrator account everything loads and runs but when I log in as a
student the games cant be found. Any suggestions on how I can share this for
all users on the machine? We have a secure network that requires the students
log in so there could be up to 30 different students using this machine.

Put the icons in the ALL USERS profile - as opposed to just yours?
Make sure that regular users have the access they might need to the games
installation folder(s)?
