Shared Resources on a ICS PC not acessible...

Hello all, i have a system WinxpSP2, with ICS and others
systems at home acess him to web surfing just fine. Now
the problem is that before sp1 was able to acess the
resources of this PC from any other system at home, and
after sp1/2, i only have ICS and this is the only PC that
can acess shared resources on the others at home not the
oposite. Note that this happens with no FW on the OS, or
router or by any other software of this kind, and my home
network is well set as it was before this situation, can
anyone give a little help on this, many txs.
