Shared Mailbox/Sent Items

Good Morning.

My problem is this...

I have a shared mailbox which several people have the necessary permissions to send on behalf off, however when they send any emails the sent message saves in their own mailbox rather than the shared.

Is there a way round this, e.g. Creating a new profile, setting up a rule?

Thanks for any advice.
