How to save message in Sent items folder of shared user mailbox

Dear newsreaders,
I have question. We have one shared mailbox. Employee can only read
access to Inbox of this mailbox and write access to Sent Items. Also they
can send messages on behalf of shared mailbox user.

But, when they send message on behalf of shared mailbox user this message
save in Sent Items of sender, not in Sent Items in shared mailbox.

You can move manually copy message to Sent Items in shared mailbox. Users
very often to forget to do it.

How can I configure it automatically? Any ideas.

In Outlook 2000 I used a script but it worked incorrect very often. Users
are using Outlook 2003 at this moment.
