messages to mailbox's sent items.

Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum. My question is how to make the messages send from
user's different mailbox e.g Projects (apart from inbox)go to mailbox's sent
items not user's actual sent items. Is this possible? if yes how?
Thank You.

We are using outlook 2003 with exchange. For e.g User has mailbox folder
inbox and has another mailbox tenders. When he tries to send emails as
tenders (not as his actual email address), The send emails he wants to go
into Tenders mailbox' sent items because they has been send as TENDERS not to
his actual sent items. To put more light on it, three people share the same
folder and if the send emails have gone to one's sent items others can not
see that the other person has already send that email. Does it make sense?
Thank you for any suggestions.

You'll need a rule to move a copy to the appropriate Sent Items folder.

Unisent is probably what you want and can be replicated with rules to an
extent, but there are other add-ons on that page that you might like for
this scenario.
