Sent and Deleted emails for Shared Mailbox

We use Exch. 2003/Outlook 2003 - no local profiles.
I have Shared Mailbox added to my Outlook profile - when I send email as
being sent From that Shared Mailbox account, the copy of the email is saved
in my primary email Sent folder. How can I insure that when I am sending
emails as the Shared Mailbox account that copy of the email is saved in Send
folder under Shared Mailbox.
Same happens when I delete message in Shared Mailbox.
Any help greatly appreciated,
