Keep reply in send items folder from shared mailbox



We have since a week exchange en outlook 2003, my department as an
shared mailbox.
My outlook is setup with my own email and the shared dep. mailbox.
When I a mail as the dep. mailbox, the messages is stored in my own
send items folder, I would like to have it in the send items folder of
the shared mailbox so that my collegues can see what the reply was.

How can i make this work?
