Shared Folder to Receive Pop3 Mail

We have SBS 2003 Standard and 10 clients. Need to set up Outlook & Exchange
so that our main customer inquiry email account is downloaded from our ISP
server (POP3) and received in all of our sales reps inboxes. I think I can
do this by distribution list setup, but how do I make the inbox active to
changes from any sales rep. Ex: I receive mail in my inbox from the main
POP3 acct ([email protected]) and also my personal account (also a
POP3, (e-mail address removed)). I want the sales reps to be able to see,
answer and move to a completed folder the inquiries from
(e-mail address removed), but not have access to my other email,
(e-mail address removed). How do I do that? Also- when I look in my inbox,
if something has been answered and moved, will it be moved out of my inbox
also? (hopefully.....) Please help, or direct me to a resource for educating
myself. Thanks in advance!

If you are using SBS you have functionality provided with Exchange and the
POP3 connector. Try an SBS group who are familiar with that configuration.
For shared email in Outlook without Exchange then IMAP accounts are possibly
the best. Many POP3 accounts can also function as IMAP accounts.

You'll need to give the parts address it's own exchange mailbox and give all
the users delegate access to it.
