How do I receive messages stored in Lycos folders?

I have a Lycos account with 12 years of emails, stored into folders. I have
set up Outlook through POP3 to receive message from the Lycos account, but
only get the ones in the Inbox. How can I download/receive all of my emails
from Lycos into Outlook. I am doing this primarily to backup my Lycos emails
in case they go bust or in case I wish to switch email providers.

Outlook will only get mails from the inbox. It knows nothing about
subfolders.
