How Do I get my Lycos Mail in Outlook?

I just got office 2000 and I want to get my lycos mail
delivered to my outlook. What do I need to do to do that?

When I try to get the email it asks for a POP3 server or
something. Do you know what this is and how I find it out?
 
Lycos mail is not pop based its HTML or web based. Outlook
2000 does not support HTML, this feature came in with
Office XP
 
outlook 2002 will not support lyco's web mail either - it only works with
webdav protocol and only MSN/Hotmail support webdav.
