Shared Documents Issues

I recently upgraded to Windows XP. Things are working ok. But noticed that I
now
have two pathnames to where the shared documents and photos are located.
The two pathname locations are:

C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Documents

and

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents

My questions are:

1. Why are there two pathname locations for the shared documents and photos?
Which one is correct? Can one be deleted? What's the best way to do that?
Just delete one of the "Documents" folders?

2. When I click on the "Shared Documents" link in My Computer, it takes you
to the following location: C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Documents. I don't believe
this is correct. I believe the link should point to the other pathname:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents.

3. If I am right about this, how do I fix this link so it takes you to the
proper location? Do I need to make a change in the Registry?

4. Any other issues that need fixing?

Thanks for any feedback on this.

The first name on your list is *not* a bonefide 'Documents Folder' .

The [true] shared Docs folder is the second one:

"c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents"
