Default Location for Shared Documents

Hi!

How do I change the default location for Shared Documents from the C: Drive
to a new Drive?

I have just bought a new hard drive which I want to use for storing all
documents, photos, music etc. It looks straight forward enough for stuff in
personal directories but I want to move the shared stuff as well.
