share printer

I have a desktop running Windows 2000 Pro, with Microsoft Broadband Wireless
Kit MN-610, and an attached printer HP 4215. I have a new Toshiba laptop
running XP Pro and want to print sharing the desktop printer. The laptop
shows the network, work group, and desktop but not the printer when I try to
"add printer". How do I share this printer?
