share personal data file simultaneously

I have had to archive my teams Outlook emails in a personal data fie (.pst)
from Outlook 2003 professional.

We need to access it consantly and simultaneously, but are having trouble
setting up so that this is possible... Is it possible?

The data file is stored on networked storage drive and is almost 400mb in
size.

If this is possible (from Outlook help it looks like this may not be
possible) how do you do it?

Any help is much appreciated.

You cannot access a pst simultaneously from diffrent computers.
You could copy the pst to diffrent machines and install some third-party
synchronizing tool
