It depends on the version. Repost your question in an
Outlook newsgroup and state the exact version you use.

Not natively possible if you don't use Exchange. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm but note that the more
appropriate group is microsoft.public.outlook, as Pegasus indicated - make
sure to mention your
version of Outlook whenever posting in there.
