Share Outlook Address Book

I have recently upgraded to Windows XP Home Ed. I have 2
acccounts on this Operating System. I would like both to
have access to the same Address Book. How do I configure

How to change the location of the address book:

This is for previous versions of outlook express, but
works similarly with oe 6
Also, you may want to have a common mailbox:

I have 4 users sharing 1 address book and mailbox.
