Setup Problems

A few days ago I tried to install a program and it failed to install
ever since that time when I try to install a different program the setup
brings up the setup screen of the failed program and I am unable to stop
this from happening. Is there a place that I can go to remove the setup
information so I can start fresh.

Thanks

Tom

It should be in Windows/Temp; you can delete/move to RBin anything that's in
that folder.
Otherwise, search for the name of the program or for files created on the
date you tried to install.

Thanks for the info. I tried the program but my program
is not listed so I must assume that it did not use the
Microsoft installer.

Any other suggestions

My only other suggestion is to search for remnants of it in the registry.
