Setup incomplete

When I clean build a particular machine,
The initial setup works fine, through the format and the initial file
copying, however after the first reboot, it reports that a file can't be
found, if I skip this file, it says another file can't be found. These files
aren't always the same files, and have been different each time I've tried
the build. I have tried the build with various CDs and also using a setup
run over the network.

Please try swapping the RAM modules that are currently installed in the
System. This issue will commonly occur if there is a corrupt RAM module
installed.
