I've tried to follow the instructions from microsoft but
got lost off when it mentions 'registry subkey, right click
the ISINSTALLED..? This is to reinstall IE from service
pack 6 as I've lost my browser! It seems to be on my XP
system but I can't get at it.
Any help would be much appreciated as netscape is doing me
heed in man!

Hi Peter,

You need to change the IsInstalled value to 0. If you don't prefer editing
the registry manually, download the fix from Kelly's site:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/ieinstall.reg

Now, try reinstalling Internet Explorer.
