How can I get a setup cd-rom for my computer?

(My computer crashed and it says it needs one because the
following file is missing or corrupt:
\WINDOWS\system32\c_1252.nls

Did your computer come with Windows pre-installed? Do you have a CD from
the manufacturer? Have you contacted the manufacturer of your computer with
this problem? Can you do another posting with this additional information,
and assist anyone who solves problems in this newsgroup with the additional
information?
