Setting up Window Account

I think your POP would be POP3, and your Incoming and Outgoing Mail would
more that likely be, mail dot whoever your ISP is. It would be best to call
there tech. support, and they can help you.
 
Can someone please help me setting my window account up? I have the
Broadband Cricket service and I do not know the POP or that other one.

Your ISP apparently does not offer email service and is not really relevant.
Get the settings from your mail provider.
