Setting up Outlook

I hate to appear to be a complete idiot but I cannot figure out how to set up
Outlook to use with work and personal email accounts.

Basically what I need is a step by step, detailed and explainatory
instructions.
What is a POP?
 
Go to your ISP web site and look for their help files or FAQs. It will tell you exactly what you need to put into the account settings. If they only offer settings for Outlook Express, use them for Outlook as they are the same.
