setting up new email account with comcast.net

Where do I find the information on my comcast.net account to set up a new
email account in Windows Mail?
 
Comcast seems to be shifting to exclusive use of port 587 only for
SMTP service. But I am not confident that even their port 587 service
can be used off the Comcast network.
